UK Charts 10/2- 10/9

#1 “Written in the Stars” by Tinie Tempah ft. Eric Turner definitely deserves to be on the charts, but I’m not sure if it deserves the coveted number one.  PONDER IT

#3 “Let The Sun Shine” Labrinth is going on my ipod. I was skeptical initially, but now I feel it’s a great song to drive to, drink to, and get ready to. REPEAT IT, CRANK IT, CRUISE IT

#12 “Get Outta My Way” by Kylie Minogue sounds like every other Kylie Minogue song. I love her, but come on girlfriend, give me a song with a little more substance. Get Outta My Way is a sassy statement, but a boring song. PONDER IT (for a while) then SKIP IT

#15 "Pack Up" by Eliza Doolittle is not a new song this week, but it's a song I keep listening to week after week. She's got a great sound. Unfortunately I cannot embed the music video, but here's the audio. REPEAT IT, CRUISE IT

#23 Tokyo (Vampires & Wolves) The Wombats is my favorite song this week. I love the video, which showcases the crazy lifestyle of rockstars. It’s awesome to listen to. I really couldn’t say enough compliments. REPEAT IT,  CRANK IT

#26 “This Little Light” by LZ7 sounds like it might be British Christian rock. The ending with a little kid singing is sweet, but there are no other redeeming qualities for this song.I hope God doesn’t spite with a SKIP IT

#31 “In The Army Now (2010)” by Status Quo is not for me. I don’t know what else to say. It definitely might be a song my dad listens to when he works out. BOOZE IT? SKIP IT

#36 “Ill Behaviour” by Danny Byrd may cause seizures, no joke.  I do like some techno every once in a while. BOOZE IT(crazy) RAVE IT

#39 “(Still A) Weirdo by KT Tunstall is no “Suddenly I See”. I didn’t think you were a weirdo before, but I guess you are. Weirdo maybe, but good song, yes.  Great for a rainy day. CRUISE IT
